Shipping

All paintings include free shipping within Australia, including insurance to cover loss or damage. 

While every care is taken to ensure your painting is delivered to you securely, unfortunately damage during freight does occasionally occur.  If your artwork arrives damaged please contact me straight away and provide photos of the damage (eg., damage to external packaging (take prior to opening) and damage to the artwork/frame itself.

International Shipping

A quote for international shipping and insurance coverage can be provided on request.  Please contact me below with the name of the painting you wish to purchase, and the delivery destination.

What type of canvases and frames do you use?

I source custom made stretched canvasses and frames from local and interstate suppliers who provide premium quality products.  I use both cotton and linen canvasses for my paintings.  My preference is to work with and support local businesses who use primarily Australian made products.

Floating frames are also custom made and of the highest quality.  I generally use Oak and Blackwood for most of my work, choosing suppliers who use FSC and sustainably sourced timbers.

Do you offer a framing option for unframed works?

Yes, if you are purchasing an unframed painting I can arrange for a custom floating frame to be provided.  Please contact me below with the name of the painting you wish to purchase and I will provide you with a quote for framing.  Please note that framing timeframes vary and may take 2-3 weeks.

Tips for longevity and care for your artwork

Purchasing art is a significant investment and it’s important to ensure that you take care of your new painting.  Your painting has been sealed with several coats of varnish which has UV protection. However, to ensure longevity please ensure you hang your painting away from direct sunlight, fireplaces, heaters and fluro lights.  (More care tips can be found on your Certificate of Authenticity).

Commissions

For commissions, please contact me below and we can discuss your requirements further.  Please note that a non refundable deposit is required for all commissions.  The deposit is calculated based on the size of the painting requested, and is used to order a custom made canvas and frame (if frame required).

Refunds and change of mind

Please ensure you choose carefully as refunds are not accepted for change of mind.

The colours of artworks provided in photos on my website are as close as possible to the original art, however there will always be some variation due to computer/tablet/phone screens.  I also try to provide a number of “in situ” photos to give you an idea of what each painting would look like hung in your home or business.  Additional photos can be provided on request if required.
