Retro Netflix and Chill reminds me of my childhood when my family would gather around the TV after dinner to watch the news and shows on on ABC and SBS together.  It was a ritual that brought us together and there was always lots of commentary about what we were watching.  We kids didn't have a choice of course, so we regularly watched Yes Minister, Love Thy Neighbour, and The Goodies which we are now huge fans of!
 
Whilst we didn't have a TV quite as stylish as this one, it did remind me of how vintage TVs were quite beautiful, often incorporating furniture elements into their design.  And sometimes with add on accessories too, like the matching side table.  It was a time of cozy familiarity when life was much simpler.
