"Take a Dive at The Dive Motel" is a retro-inspired painting and tribute to its namesake in Nashville, Tennessee. I was captivated by its bold 1970s supergraphics and vibrant poolside atmosphere, which embody my love of retro design. The motel became an obsession, compelling me to capture its energy in paint. This work explores nostalgia, colour and escapism through iconic destinations, evoking the carefree spirit of the 1970s.
